PUMPKIN JUICEπŸŽƒ

I finally got to create the Magical Pumpkin juiceπŸŽƒ My witchy friend from the US brought me the original pumpkin juice from the Wizarding World! I was so incredibly excited to try this magical beverage. I served it cold and over ice and it was like liquid apple pie combined with gingerbread spices. After trying the original pumpkin juice, I wanted to create my own version straight away. So let's begin shall we?

For 1 litre flask:

πŸŽƒ half a butternut squash

πŸŽƒ 5 eating apples like Royal Gala

πŸŽƒ 1 small piece of ginger depending to taste

πŸŽƒ 8 apricots

πŸŽƒ 100 ml mango pulp

πŸŽƒ 2 oranges

πŸŽƒ 2 cups of water

πŸŽƒ 1/2 cup of organic sugar (use less if you want it less sweeter)

πŸŽƒ drop of vanilla extract

πŸŽƒ 1,5 tsp of ground cinnamon

πŸŽƒ 1 tbsp gingerbread spices

πŸŽƒ zest of 1 orange

Magical Method:

Preheat your oven to 200. Peel and deseed the squash. Cut them into 2 cm cubes and put them on the roasting tray. Zest 1 orange and use the juice as well. I put some gingerbread spices and cinnamon, just a pinch. This is optional to add more depth to the squash while roasting. Put in the oven for 25 minutes. Until soft. Let cool and set aside.

Cut the other fruits and put them through the juicer. A long with the roasted pumpkin and the water. Because otherwise the juicer will not make the pumpkin to a juicy liquid form. Zest the orange and add to the juice.

Take a large cauldron or pan to heat up the juice. Add the sugar,  mango pulp and spices and stir around. And do not forget the vanilla extract.  Let it bubble away for 25 minutes.  Small bubbles not a hard boil. To thicken and infuse and get magical πŸŽƒ

Let the juice cool down and serve fridge cold.  And even better over ice cubes. Perfect beverage to enjoy with your magical friends😘
