Slowjuicing is like making potions for me. I am always so curious about how the colours come out and which effect they are going to have on my body and especially my gut.  It is just magical. So today I had a lot of greens in my fridge and I wanted to make polyjuice potion for ages so here it is! Let me show you how to make it.

for a 300 ml flask:

- 3 green kiwi's

- 3 slices of ginger (keep the skin on)
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 asian pear
- 1/4 granny smith
- 1/2 cup bak choy
- 1 stick of lemongrass

Put everything through your juicer. Sometimes you have to cut the fruit or veg smaller to put it in the juicer to help but please keep the skin on. To take more vitamins and nutrition into your body. With the lemongrass: bruise it with a knife and only take the end of.

Tip: Best to drink on an empty stomach. Wait for 30 min and then have breakfast. Great for your gut health!
