Ever since I was a little snuggle muggle, strawberries has been always my all time favorite fruit. Of course they are delish dipped in chocolate or in other desserts but they are so versatile. You can even roast them in the oven with balsamic vinagar. But today I put them on a spelt toast with vegan herby cream cheese, candied nuts, sprouts and fermented cashew cheese. The only thing  I can say is ooooohhhh yeahhh baby! Let me show you how to make.

Look at Hermione in the picture she needs that toast too...

For 1 muggle:

- 2 slices of spelt toast
- vegan herb cream cheese
- 7 strawberres (big ones)
- 1 handful of mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- Sango Sprouts
- 45 grams of fermented cashew cheese
- Black pepper (to taste)

- Mint and chives (garnish)

Toast of your bread under the grill or in a toaster. Also if you have a grill pan, grill it in the pan. The grill marks give the bread a nice and smoky flavour dimension.  And also toast of your nuts with the agave syrup until golden brown.

Put some cream cheese on the toast first. Slice up the strawberries and put them on too. Followed by the nuts, sprouts and fresh herbs. Top of with a little bit more agave and black pepper to taste.

This is SO good! Please try it out and use the #magicalfooddepartment so I can see your creations!
