Goodmorning fellow Witches & Wizards! I present to you my homemade seedy crispy crackers. I am not a big fan of bread in the mornings most of the time so a beautiful and light alternative is a nice cracker. Also in the picture you can see what I serve with the crackers but it is totally up to you what you spread on them. Hummus or pesto is also super tasty! Let me show you how to make it!

For 12 crackers:

- 3 tbsp poppyseeds

- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

- 3 tbsp flax seeds

- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds

- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- 100 grams of sesame seeds (white or mixed)

- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs like rosemary and thyme

- pinch of salt

- 1,5 tsp baking powder

- 80 grams of buckwheat flour

- 90 grams of spelt flour

- 125 ml water

- 3 tbsp puffed quinoa

- 50 grams of rolled oats

Method:

Preheat your oven at 180. Take a big bowl and put all the dry ingredients in there. Add the coconut oil and water and mix with your hands until you have a firm and seedy dough ball. It does not need to rest in the fridge or rise it can be used straight away. You do not need baking paper on your sheet because of the coconut oil in the dough. Roll out into a big square 2,5 cm thickness. Cut out rounds, squares or in any shape you like. Bake the crackers for 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve with your favorite spread and veggies. Enjoy the Magic!
